GIVING GOD TEN I tell you the Truth, I know what it’s like to be rushed for time, especially during the holiday season. And I know what it’s like to receive a boat load of emails every day. So, with that in mind, I want to do two things. First, my family wishes your family a very pleasant Thanksgiving. Enjoy your time together. Second, I leave you with this challenge. Instead of spending five or ten minutes reading my words today, spend them talking to God. Here’s the deal – it’s ok if you don’t have time to read my words, but it’s not ok to say, “Sorry God, don’t have ten minutes for you today.” After all, He gave you a life time, you can give Him ten. I promise you – if you’re sincere, you’ll be blessed with more time than you need to accomplish the things you need. You’re all a blessing to me. Keep pressing on. See you in December! have a prayer request. My father-in-law (a very ungodly man) is very sick with
leukemia and has lost his sight. I prayed that he would change his ways but so
far he has not. If anything his ugly and hurtful words have gotten worse. First
of all I pray that he will find salvation and peace. However, I also need
prayer in this case. I need God to give me love for this man. I am praying
that I can see him as God sees him and love him. It is very hard as his cruelty
has really hurt me deeply but I know that I need to get past all that and just
love him. Please pray for me in this situation as I am experiencing so much
guilt. But most of all please pray for his salvation more so than healing!!!

discovered she has Hodgkin’s lymphoma and will be spending the early part of
this holiday season on chemotherapy. Please pray that God will be with her and
